Sitting on the edge of a volcanic lake, I contemplate its splendour and feel a deep sense of honour at being there — aware of the risk and fragility, but also of the power.
In that moment, I feel the volcano: it energises and soothes me at the same time. I know it is quietly preparing itself before building momentum and taking action, creating new potential for life.
Fluidity and empowerment
This is exactly how I experience my missions within organisations. I have always observed, sensed and anticipated events before they unfold. With an analytical, creative, innovative and pragmatic mindset, I step off the beaten path to offer a new perspective. I deconstruct in order to build something solid WITH people — never against them.
What truly drives me is creating a positive impact — often in challenging situations — on people and, above all, on systems. By enabling energy to flow smoothly within organisations, I help unlock their full potential and move them towards autonomy and empowerment.
In both my personal and professional life, I have a natural ability to communicate honestly and constructively, to motivate and to collaborate.

A deep understanding of the company
After completing a Master’s degree in Finance and a degree in Business Engineering, I spent 12 years at UCB, holding seven different international roles: financial analyst, then business partner with responsibilities spanning budget management, development of financial models for strategic decision-making, implementation of IT solutions, process optimisation, and the design and review of internal control systems.
After eight years in management control, I had the opportunity to create and lead a global Planning & Reporting department of 50 people, responsible for defining planning and reporting tools, delivering all financial reporting across the organisation, and leading planning cycles worldwide.
In my final year, I also led several strategic projects for the Executive Committee, including the Group’s strategic plan and the creation of a new corporate dashboard.
Through this journey, I gained an in-depth understanding of the processes, governance and inner workings of a large international organisation.
Strong support for decision-making bodies
For the past ten years, driven by my entrepreneurial spirit, I have specialised in audit and business advisory for organisations facing difficulty or undergoing profound transformation. Further training in corporate governance strengthened my expertise and led me to become a Certified Director (GUBERNA).
Today, I carry out audit assignments and support organisations in difficulty across the public, non-profit and industrial sectors, working with companies of all sizes — from start-ups to mature organisations.
My missions involve risk identification, formulation of recommendations and improvements, assessment of business models, and support for strategic transformations.
In recent years, I have joined the Women on Board network and held several mandates on audit committees and boards of directors.
To stay closely aligned with emerging trends and new realities shaping corporate governance — and, by extension, board dynamics — I have completed additional training over the past two years in sustainability at Vlerick and artificial intelligence at MIT.
This is how I developed my own approach — unique, multidimensional and holistic — which has led some of my clients to say:
“She’s a McKinsey office all on her own.”
